Hyde Park Homes
This project was a continuation of the Eliot Homes project. Miller O’Reilly partnered with ND Consulting in restoring 28 units in brownstone houses located in the Hyde Park area north of downtown St. Louis. This project has state historic and low income housing tax credit. These homes are affordable houses with historic preservation attributes. All homes maintain high occupancy rates. Placed in Service in 2012.
